Thanks for the encouragement. I cut the recipe down to two loaves and made it a whole wheat recipe as well.

Thanks so much for posting this because it was delicious!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04435647248027246458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4002612879648972347.post-67374483651040911222011-01-16T05:39:50.864+01:002011-01-16T05:39:50.864+01:00Sarah, I'm sure you can fit two pans in side b...Sarah, I'm sure you can fit two pans in side by side. You could also do one in a pan and one larger loaf free-form instead of three. Or maybe you could give the third loaf a rise in the fridge, which will slow it down and give the other two a chance to bake before the third is ready! I know what you mean about a small oven. I can't wait to be able to use 'normal' sized baking sheets one day!Andreahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08402921195094964887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4002612879648972347.post-1885661559742970202011-01-16T05:15:55.209+01:002011-01-16T05:15:55.209+01:00I would dearly love to make 3 loaves of bread at o...I would dearly love to make 3 loaves of bread at once, but I have a tiny oven and only one rack in it. Sigh. But maybe I shall cut down the recipe. Hmm, I wonder if I can squeeze two loaves in side-by-side? I'll test it with the empty pans! Thanks for the recipe, which sounds amazing.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04435647248027246458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4002612879648972347.post-7006312760267268322011-01-14T21:55:52.216+01:002011-01-14T21:55:52.216+01:00I like the sounds of this one!
