I made this this afternoon, to take to...Oh. Girl. <br /><br />I made this this afternoon, to take to a friend with a new baby. Amazing! I'm horrible at following directions, and notorious for "substitutions." I used baby yukon gold potatoes, one pound of green beans, a few cups of frozen corn, dried parsley (no herb de provence here ;-)) and white wine vinegar. Oh, and dried onions (yeah...but they're pretty sweet, so I guess it works.)
