Last year, I bought a bunc...I love Borlotti beans! Last year, I bought a bunch at the farmer's markets that were already shelled - expensive but with no waste. The best part about them is that I froze them so I always had "fresh" beans at the ready with no need to soak. You reminded me that I need to seek them out before they are out of season!
